Peña de Bernal... Mágico.

Un pueblo mágico en verdad. Así es Peña de Bernal, en Querétaro, México.

Lleno de vida, flores de mil colores, aves rondando el cielo y gente que llega de todos los rincones, con sus cámaras fotográficas para congelar un poquito de la esencia de ese lugarcito lleno de magia.

Peña de Bernal es un lugar lleno de una vibra fuerte y linda que recorre el aire... 

Se debe a su fuerte cantidad de cuarzo que tiene concentrada la Peña; Inclusive en el 21 de Marzo que es cuando entra el Solsticio de Primavera, mucha gente va para realizar rituales para recibir buena energía.

En esta ocasión fui con mis amigas, mis hermanas del alma: Ely, Bere y Karla. 

Fue una experiencia hermosa, aunque claro... con ellas así sea el lugar más recóndito del universo, será el paraíso.

Ojalá un día puedan ir a visitarlo ;)

Alive, colorful flowers everywhere, birds above us, and people who went from everywhere with their cameras to keep the magic of Peña de Bernal for the eternity.

Peña de Bernal is a place full of good vibe...

It is because is full of quartz; Although in March 21th people came here and realize magic rituals to receive good energy.

This time I went with my friends, mi soulsisters: Ely, Bere & Karla.

It was a beautiful experience, even if I went to a lost place, of course with them it could be paradise.

I wish one day you could visit it too!,

Puerto Angelito, Oaxaca.

Una playa tranquila, bohemia, con arena fina y el mar de colores verdes y azules... Puedes practicar snorkel aquí, ya que las olas son tranquilas.

Es uno de los lugares más ricos y lindos que he visitado. Es uno de esos mágicos lugares en donde puedes descubrir los secretos más profundos de tu corazón, porque existe un momento, en el que las olas susurran a tu oído que pongas la mano sobre él: Tu corazón. Y es ahí donde entenderás que estas aquí por una misión.

Mi bikini era floreado y lleno de color, por supuesto de Lob.

Quiet beach, peaceful, bohemian, with fine sand, and the sea with turquoise and green colors... You can practice snorkel here, because the waves are cool ;).

This place is one of the most beautiful I've ever visited. Is a magic place where you can discover the deepest secrets of your heart, because there is a moment, which the waves surrounds you that you should put your hand in your heart, and there you will understand that you are here for something, for a reason, that you should know.

Summer love... The sweetest one!.

The sweetest thing, the best dream, the purest feeling in the world...

When you only have ONE chance to follow your heart and be free, the ONLY chance you have to be happy, to say what you need to say.

It is amazing, strong and so vulnerable at the same time. Do you ever feel the same?.

A love that doesn't need words but actions and passion...

A love which doesn't expect anything, because you have it all already,

A love which lose itself in him or her,

A love which  just want to love and enjoy the beach and that person who makes you fall in love, like no one else...

Angelical Paradise: Mykonos.

Mykonos is a beautiful and magical Greek island. It is, with no doubt... The Paradise. Like in the Greek Mythology, you will feel the light of your inner grace and the Angels calling your name.

It is an awesome place to refresh yourself, and start again. Or maybe to create yourself with a completely new and heavenly beginning.

With the beautiful sunsets above the sea, their white places, and the colorful flowers in every street, will make you feel like a Goddess walking there...

Beach Body!

El verano está aquí, pasando entre nuestros brazos con una suave brisa y enormes sueños por delante... 

Y como toda chica sabe, sentirse bien es la clave para poder sentirnos totalmente seguras de poder conquistar el mundo, y ¿Porqué no? al chico de al lado, o el que esta en nuestra mira. 

Personalmente, gracias a Dios siempre he sido una chica con un metabolismo agradable, y he sido delgada. Pero hoy en día, con tanto que hablan sobre enfermedades que han sido ocasionadas por toda la presión que ha habido de los medios y de la sociedad... Tomé la decisión de comer sano, hacer ejercicio, cuidar de mí. Hace un par de añitos, comencé a hacer ejercicio, bailar árabe y hacer yoga. 

Con los cuales he sentido una energía nueva correr por mi cuerpo, la cual me ayuda a seguir adelante y a sacar fuerzas cuando estoy cansada o me siento estancada.

Lo que me ha ayudado muchísimo es tener mi meta siempre al alcance y a la vista de mis ojos. Gracias a mi Tumblr y a una pizarra que puse exactamente enfrente de mi cama, donde pongo fotografías con mis lugares favoritos, y personas que me inspiran. (Más tarde subiré la foto al facebook para que lo conozcan).

También unas chicas maravillosas que me han ayudado con nuevos ejercicios y consejos son Karena & Katrina, de Tone it up!.

Así que menos palabras, y más acción ;) les dejo un video de ellas para que nos pongamos a hacer ejercicio.
